Argo Mobile is an application that makes expenses management, itineraries view and travel approval easier. It allows you to view expenses, itineraries, and approvals in one place, which makes your workflow much faster and more effective.
How do expenses work?
You can add expenses to your itinerary, submit them for approval, generate graphics and reports and send them to your clients.
Itineraries
Itineraries allow you to visualise your solicitations with their details like: Destination/Origin, departure date, flight number, seat, departure terminal, ticket number, destination's weather conditions, hotel's ticket, hotel's location map, vehicle category, etc.
You can also submit expenses for approval and manage the expenses made on your itinerary with the option of saving your receipt and approval and then generate graphic reports of your expenses in custom periods.
Expense
Expense allows you to add the price, date, category, payment type and place where expense was made. It also allows the storage of the receipt's picture and the attachment to an expense.
